Mock Orange or Orange Jasmine has been used in Aromatherapy and perfumery for a long time. The flowers smell like a cross between Orange blossoms and Jasmine.

Orange Jasmine has several medical properties. People from India have traditionally used the bark cosmetically, and as a stimulant and decongestant. The astringent properties have been used to stop bleeding and dysentery.

The fruit is beautiful, but inedible. The wood is used for making turned items.
